Precious Pets has undergone a new ownership recently which marked the beginning of many positive changes and has improved the quality of their animal care, grooming services, and customer service driven personnel. Since making the transition in June 2011, we have worked hard to create an exceptional doggie daycare facility with an upscale full service pet salon for the pet owners of the Sutton Place community.
To ensure that a superior level of quality is maintained, new owner Mike Zerafa, hired Raianna Rizzo a 15 year L.V.T. with degrees in business as well as psychology, to help manage and oversee the daily operations of the store. Further demonstrating her commitment to provide excellent pet care, she has been certified in the calming healing art of animal reki, a service she offers free of charge to her pet sitting clients to help calm them if necessary. Raianna’s education, skills and genuine love for animals makes her invaluable to our organization.
Together, she and Mike have compiled a caring, competent team that works tirelessly to make sure that every animal and client that enters our facility has a positive experience from beginning to end. In doing so, the new Precious Pets takes pride in creating new, long lasting quality customer relations and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you and your pet to our family.
Our newest and most prized addition to the Precious Pets team is our expert groomer Margarita Chung whose work speaks for itself and she is nothing short of an artist. successfully crafting each cat or dog that she grooms into a portrait of perfection, we are truly lucky to have her on our team and we even prouder to present her to you.
